Echo Bank

A bank that reflects what matters to you
Role
Proposition Design, Identity, UX/UI Design
My Contributions
High-net-worth (HNW) individuals often have complex financial lives, with multiple sources of income, investments, property portfolios, and retirement assets, all in the context of pressured and busy lives.

I led a team in creating a proposition and feature roadmap, and then to building a seamless, integrated experience, where a HNW user can manage their day-to-day finances, such as checking accounts and debit cards, as well as oversee the long-term positioning of their investments.

This gave a greater understanding of the user's overall financial position, better informing investment decisions, and bringing financial goals into sight.
A new way of organising your money
Customers don’t think in accounts they think about the job they want their money to do. We introduced Circles, a way for people to group their finances in more intuitive ways.

Customers can map the different areas of their finances and create a circle for each, bringing every day accounts alongside longer term investment accounts to create more visibility and control.
A circle that’s tailored to its customer
Actions, metrics and insights are tailored to the type of circle a customer creates, whether it’s a focussed investment circle to allow for projections and market analytics, or an everyday circle where money movements is the most important feature.

Delegated access allows a customer to invite family or staff into a circle, where virtual cards can be created and budgets set to give ultimate control.
A proposition for the market
This brand was one part of a larger bank's product portfolio; we had to meet the needs of this unique and particular audience to deliver an experience specifically for these individuals.
